It is NOT regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is not an authorised body. It does not provide legal services to the public as a solicitors’ firm but provides services to clients only through law firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and subject to the firms’ terms of engagement. However, the solicitors employed or engaged to provide you with the Services are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

In the event of a problem with a service provided by The Solitaire Law, the client is entitled to complain. A complaint about a service should normally be made to the law firm under its complaints procedure, which will be provided upon request. This could include a complaint about the bill with a right to object to the bill by making a complaint to the Legal Services Ombudsman, and / or by applying for an assessment to the court under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.
